Steve Smith is a former Cullman County prosecutor who served as the director of the Cullman County Drug Task Force. He has also held positions as prosecutor in Addison, Hanceville and the city of Cullman, where he still acts as special prosecutor when needed.

In addition to his law degree, Steve has a degree from the Career Prosecutors School of the National College of District Attorneys at the University of Houston. He has taught classes to law enforcement officers and has built a reputation for being extremely knowledgeable in criminal law.

As a criminal defense attorney, Steve uses his knowledge of how prosecutors charge, build and try cases to aggressively defend clients charged with offenses ranging from traffic violations to murder.

Former municipal court judge Tom Smith has been practicing law since 1957. Tom is a former prosecutor for the city of Hanceville in addition to his 20-year service as a municipal court judge for the city of Cullman. His extensive experience allows him to represent clients in very serious criminal cases in both Alabama and federal courts.

Sherry Barrett has dedicated a great deal of her legal practice to representing children and young people, including representation in juvenile crime and delinquency cases.
